But I don't know the answer to either. All I know about Red Panty is what I found on this site after reading your questions - I think the problem is there is not much traffic here so no one who knows the area has posted. I tried getting this cruising site listed on CFS, but so far no luck. I first discovered this on *********** and have been there several times.
It is in a strip mall on the corner of Gladstone and Citrus in Azusa, CA. Setup is a small theather that has two televisions. One showing straight porno and the other gay.
