How do these two clubs compare? I have never been to Club PDX; however, I have been to Steam once, late on a Saturday. I did not see any public or group action when I was there. Would one be more likely to find action in the public areas and/or someone on his knees in the glory hole area at Club PDX or Steam? Anything else to add? Curious. Thanks.

The last time I was at Club Portland the majority of sex in public areas was taking place in the basement Boot Camp play area. I think that's where guys go at Club PDX to hook up outside of their private spa rooms.

The obvious - if you're under 40ish and/or in very good shape you'll do fine at either club. Beyond that...

Club - seedier, darker with large public play areas in the form of a maze on 3rd floor and another + military theme sling and such in the basement. In addition there's a large porn room, a sauna and steam room (both small). Club is 3 floors of rooms from small booth types with a small shelf up to big rooms set-up like Motel rooms.

Steam - smaller place. Small maze type area and a small porn viewing area. This place has a very good sized and nice steamroom and a Jacuzzi. Steam is fairly small, has one floor of smallish rooms & an upstairs with a smoking area, porn area and oudoor roof sunning location (or playing... if it's not too cold or raining).

If your into public fun Club is the best - cruise the maze, downstairs, the porn room.
If you're more into cruising around and heading to a room then I'd say Steam is probably right for you. Quite a bit of fun can be had in the big steam room there though.

My own experience is that much of the action at Club PDX these days is in the basement Boot Camp play area, so this would seem to be one additional place at Club PDX to make sure to check out for action.
