Seems to me that measuring along the bottom might produce a larger number than along the top, since your measuring device could slide back further. And of course, when you hold it upright or sticking out at an angle it might look bigger.

And then, when you see something want sometimes you think it's bigger and better than it is.

I'm not a size queen. I was actually surprised when I was young when people told me I had a big cock. It is what it is.

But what I want to know really is how do you measure a hard cock?

The problem with measurement is that most use a ruler missing a few inches in the middle.
I hear of guys claiming to be the mythical stallion with a 9" beer can and all I can say is doubtful.
Medical research indicates the average size is just about 5+" turgid, when flaccid it can become an "innie"
BTW, I agree with Jonn3, measure from the top side of the penis, from base to tip.
