the room i used was gay plus or something like that, it was the one with the most people in it...pretty much all Thai guys, about 50 with cams, and that was at 8 in the morning. It's not a website, it's a Thai-oriented chat room within Camfrog. You have to download and install the Camfrog program from www.camfrog.com, then look for it under Thailand rooms.
