I've used this forum many times in the past to post and also to get information when traveling to Bangkok. It doesn't seem to be that active lately, and I'm tired of going through threads trying to get information, so I'd like to ask your advice.

In my younger years, I could go to Babylon and fuck all day and night. Now I'm 57 (ancient in gay years) and a little paunchy. Sexually, I really like to suck and maybe bottom for the right guy.

Where can I go to have some fun on my next trip to Bangkok? I imagine I won't fare well at Babylon anymore.

From your description of yourself, if you don't fare well at Babylon, you won't fare well at any sauna. Babylon has a reputation among locals for being the place for old fat farang. Those who want to avoid those would avoid Babylon.

I have the same concerns as the OP. I have been to Pattaya but never been to Sansuk. I am in my 60's and fear that I would stick out like a sore thumb. What's the average age of farangs at Sansuk?

The Bangkok bars continue to be very hit and miss. I had some good luck, or at least found several cute guys, back in December. But when I went out last Sunday night, there wasn't anything worth my time or money. I went to X-Size, poked my head in Top Man, then wandered over to Screw Boy, and finally Super A. Nothing remotely appealed to me. Each bar seemed to have fewer guys than the previous month, expect for Super A, which had more than I'd seen in a long time (about a dozen, which is a lot for them!). Each bar was also devoid of customers. Very depressing.

The only positive thing was that the drink prices at Super A are still reasonable: 150 baht for my beer, and only 100 baht for the beer that I bought I guy I know who works there. Compare that to X Size where it's 400 baht per drink. Ouch! The other thing of note is all the non-Thai guys working these bars. Many Vietnamese, Burmese (Myanmar), Lao, and Cambodians working the bars nowadays. The last 2 guys I took from X Size were bother from Vienna, as was a guy I talked to at Screw Boy. None of them did anything but lie there and wait to be serviced. Cute, but that was about it.

I've taken several guys from GBoySiam in recent months, and that's also hit and miss. Most of time they look MUCH older than the photos that they are posting online. Some do it all, and some are limited. I usually am much more satisfied with the guys I meet at bars, but finding anyone both good looking (well, at least one that appeals to me!) and versatile in bed is VERY difficult these days. Sigh. At least there's my trusty left hand!

Pattaya is very much the same - the boys from Isaan have been replaced by largely Cambodian, then Laos and Myanmar.

Here they are still young and enthousiastic (19 -22 mainly) and I just had a hot 22 y.o. from Cambodia (from G Romeo) who is working as a waiter in na-Jomtien. He was cute, hung, hot and willing - no complaints at all.

Last week I went to Boys Town 2 nights running. I have never seen it so quiet (boys and customers.) At 9.30 pm in Toy Boys they told me I was their first customer - and with only 8 bored boys to choose from I left at 10pm - no other customers.

Funny Boys is now a beer bar and the days of go-go are sadly numbered.
