Is this a gay friendly hotel or are there gay staff in gym or pool areas?

If you're talking about the Pathumwan Princess, yes it is very gay friendly. Lots gay staff and, especially, lots of gay members at their fitness center.

any chance of somewhere to get naked and make it with any of these gay staff at Pathuwan Princess or is that not on at such a venue?

No. I think most hotel staff are more discrete than to "make it" with guests.
