CRUISING for SEX - Hanoi Sauna

Went to Men Spa (see Utopia). It is not far from Pacific Place on Ly Thoung Kiet St. If you go down the side of Pacific Place and cross the next road the alley infront of you is Tuc Mac Alley (see google maps). You walk a little way down there and turn left and it is on the right.

There were two friendly guys at the reception. They told me about 20 people were there (this was 7pm on a Wednesday evening). There is no massage service (so not really a spa?). Ground floor is the locker room. First floor to the left is the showers and next to that a dark room with about 4 beds separated with some plants. On the right from the stairs is the sauna and steam room.

The guys were 80% in their 20s. I think there were about 12 people there. They actually talked to me (not like some of the very silent places in HCMC). Went to the dark room with three different guys and one time one of his friends joined. Not seen any place in HCMC recently where there is a dark room. Seems to bear out what a straight friend of mine said who has been in VN for 12 years that a lot more actually goes on in Hanoi if you look for it. (Apparently many places where completely naked girls unlike HCMC).

Overall a smallish place but very clean.
