- The movie is entitled: 'Cowboys in Paradise.' and purports to shew local youths - shoulder length hair, with athletic-looking & sun-tanned bodies - who are alleged to be gigolos working on BALI's beaches and offering companionship to those seeking holiday-romances; interviews with some of the younger & female tourists from Europe reveal that they seem to be pleased with the welcome that they receive from these young men - statements about making their visitors feel 'Feminine and free.'.
- The local police arrested about 3O of them, but the local police chief admitted that it would be difficult to press charges that would stand-up to court-room scrutiny.

NO-at least not fysically. They are Balinese, who are quite easy to tell (how they look like), from Lombok or mostly from other Indo-isles, like Java or Sumatera. SAnd most reports tell they are mostly after SAustralian girls, who tend to be very, very diusappointed about the non-caring attitudes of the OZzie surfer boys. When sun has set, the scene moves to the disco's nearby with overloud music.
SOme of them, but certainly not all, are not averse to same sex meets either. Balinese excel in having he highest expectations in renumeration, if compared to other Indo-types.
