Does anyone know if Cialis is available in Sing and KL without prescription?

If it is it will be fake!!

Why do you say that? Over (or under) the counter and fake are two different things.

Because both the supply and pricing of the real drugs are very tightly controlled. I've bought cheap Cialis in Asia and it was clearly fake (no holograms and washed out print colours) and when I returned it to the chemist and challenged him he was very sheepish and gave me a full refund.

I have also spoken with executives of Pfizer who are adamant the only way to get these "drugs" without prescription is if they are fake, (half the price of geniune and of dubious ingredients).

If you find a pharmacist who is willing to sell the real thing without a script, good luck, but they will not be cheap. AYOR.

Pharmacies in Kuala Lumpur sell the real Cialis for RM90(approx. USD29) for sachet of 2 pills. A qualified pharmacist usually handle the sale of genuine medicines.
However Kamagra & Cavita can be bought for RM25(USD8) for a packet of four 100mg pills at many roadside pharmacies.

US $29 for 2 pills ?? !! I rest my case !

There is both genuine and counterfeit Viagra and Cialis available over the counter in Thailand. It is no problem to get it out of the supply chain. Small clinics order it and sell it on to pharmacies.

Just as a benchmark for price of real cialis and viagra - Boots the Chemist in Bangkok (which I bekieve would not sell fake) sells them at Bht2,000 with prescription.

You can get Cialis or Viagra without any prescription in KL. I;ve bought them before. Can't remember the price for Viagra but Cialis (4Tablets) cost around THB 1600.
