-- Availing of Google Earth in HO CHI MINH CITY, (aka. Saigon.), I located the REUNIFICATION PALACE, from there I searched-around in slowly INCREASING circles until I found what looked like a sports' centre with swimming pools, tennis courts etc. - Google Earth's co-ords. are roughly: 106-41-37.E.x10-46-32.N.;
- loc'n.: Roughly to the SW. of the REUNI'N. PALACE;
- Would those co-ords. be the correct one's for the WORKERS' CLUB., on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai st., Q3., as mentioned in the THAILAND section?

-- It must be all of 15yrs. since I was last in VN.; from memory , and at that time, the exchange rate was approx. USD.01.oo.=VND.12,000.oo!
- One day I was in a bank in NHA TRANG and saw a man at the counter shoving bundles of VND. into a large & black plastic garbage bag; I was so taken with that that I asked his permission to take a photo., to wch. he assented.

-- In HCMC. I used to stay in a small & family-run hotel near to SINH TRAVEL, the latter's street address is - 64, Tran Nhat Duat st., Q1.;
-- In HCMC. I could buy cups of good coffee for the equiv. of just US.50.cents - ah, those were the days!
