Driving through Central - need suggestion

Driving from Sacramento to LA tomorrow and then back Sunday. Wheres a good place to stop off and get off? Up for it either side, goin down or cummin back.

Like the younger ones best, if your 18-28 -ROCKIN! Fire me a line with suggestions
