TBTS (Total Body Therapy Spa) San Bernardino not licensed as a sex club or bath house

One of the day clerks told me that the club is renting from the previous occupants which operated a regular day spa on the premises. I am guess this place may be short lived if the local heath department for San Bernardino county decides to inspect the premises. I feel sorry for those that might be there when the place is "raided". It seems as was also explained to me that there is a regular drug crowd which is there most every hour of the day or night. When their shift is up they leave to have dinner or whatever and then come back for another 12 hours. This place isn't quite as fun as I had hoped... An added note, don't use the jacuzzi, they never put clorine in it!

and what would the club be raided for?

In California the "Consenting Adult Sex Bill" which was passed in 1976 made gay bathhouses and the sex that took place within them legal for the first time. In 1978 a group of police officers raided the LIBERTY BATHS in San Francisco and arrested three patrons for "lewd conduct in a public place," but the District Attorney's office soon dropped charges against them. No raids on a bathhouse have been conducted since.

Why always put this place down? If you don't like it, don't go. I was there and had a relaxing time on a Friday afternoon. The clerk was very nice and the patrons friendly. The offer a one-hour free tour and pass on weekdays.
It seems there is a need for this place in the San Bernardino/Riverside area.
I didn't see any type of drug use there.
They have been open for over a year.
If you don't like it, just don't go.

Go to the Riverside & San Bernardino County's message board to see the replies to JiminyGleck's post. (Same post as here). You will see that he is not fully informed and is making the wrong assumptions about the place and he did not do any research before posting his comment.

You said it perfectly PublicSex, don't go if you don't like it. There are places that I don't like but I don't try to destroy them.
