One time a few years ago while at FLEX - something happened to the water main & the city had to turn the water off. I had to take a dip in the whirlpool to "rinse off" before I went home. UGH!

Used to hit the ROMAN HOLIDAY Van Nuys once a year to every year & a half (had fun there in the past - but those 2 last visit were almost a bust) - a group of retirees seemed to know each other. One announcing to his friends he was leaving because there was no hot water.
