This site used to be good at warnings, but no more. They used to have a "Heads UP" section warning about police activity in various cruising spots, but I couldn't find this tonight.

Anytime of day or night, you can go to the area of the southernmost windmill of Golden Gate Park (fallen into great disrepair long ago) and get or give oral. Fact.
