But it seems and hour after sundown and shortly after midnight is were the most activity occurs.

With covid, a lot of action mostly around Bernice way/MLK, the boys are wearing there masks, and behind MLK windmills is active, from sunset -10 or 11pm’ish it seems. Play safe and have fun as they say.
