Visiting Hong Kong

I will be visiting Hong Kong for a few days at the beginning of April. Is Central Escalator still a good sauna to go to. I have not been there for over a year and want to go to a sauna where there are young Asians who like older Westerners.
Please let me know if this place is still good, or if there are other better places.
