Although Russia decriminalized gay sex in 1993, Russian society and religious organizations still retain fear of the spread of homosexuality. They need to realize homosexuality is not a condition you can catch. If it was, most of the World would be gay because most people have daily contact in their lives with gay people and don't even know it.
