I took a sex ed class in college, and the prof said the more you use it, the more you can use it .. the more orgasms you have when you are young, the more you will be able to have when you are older ....
So, make sure you beat off or have sex or whatever as much as possible, and I bet that will increas your sperm count over time :-)
