Does anyone know anything about this place...whether it is active in the Winter, what type of guys go there, etc.?

I have been there 7 or 8 times over the past few years, all different times of year.. usually on a sat. night.. 99% bears and friends,, usually around 5 to 8 guys , plus the owners...most people are naked...Huge place, privite rooms or a big open room, with several beds,, Porn available, cruisy,, clean, nice people.
Off the beaten path, so be sure to get specific dirctions..
