Peachtree Pedlers?
 

I am looking for the guy at Peachtree Peddlers fleamarket that was a vendor from East Point and had a cute little doggie with him. We talked quite a bit but I had someone with me preventing us from talking too much. My Lover came back by with me and we chatted more but still had someone else there with us.
