Can anyone tell me what this place is like...is it active in the Winter, what kind of guys go there, etc.?

I'm new to the area and that's a place I went to right away. The owners are really cool guys. I haven't been there on any wild nights, but I loved swimming nude in their pool under the stars in the summer. Maybe some other guys can tell us when the best times to be there are. I haven't been going due to the cooler temps of winter, so I don't know much about the patterns of attendance. However, it is a very cool, laid back place.
