Buford Twin
 

I'll be in town the first week of March and wanted to check out the Buford Twin. Can anyone give me directions, I'll be on MARTA during my trip because my company is too cheap to get me a car.

From what I can tell it is near the Northeast Plaza, does this sound right? Any help with cross streets would be helpful.

Also if anyone can suggest any bars by the CNN center, I would appreciate that as well.

It is a good distance from northeast plaza.
The theater is further north on Buford Highway. There is bus service to that area. It is located in Doraville. It is near the intersection of Buford Highway and Oakcliff Road.

It's not near Northeast Plaza at all. The Twin is about 1/2 mile north of I-285 @ the intersection of Buford Hwy. and McElroy Rd. It's in an old run down shopping center on the right behind a Checker's burger stand.
If you find it let us know how it goes. I haven't been to the Twin in over a year.

Seriously don't bother if you don't have a car. It's not worth the hassle of riding a bus.

Went tonight, it's dead. Went once on a weekend recently, and also tried a thursday night in Jan. It sucked every time. Not worth your time, or anyone elses. This place is not what it used to be say 2 years ago. I'm not sure why. The amazing thing is they're showing XXX rated porn which they never did in the past when it was actually fun to go there. Plus they've raised the admission to $12.

No kidding around, the place has died. I wish it weren't true because I used to have TONS of fun there especially on weeknights.
