Sorry but never used any Hard-on enhancement drugs. But very curious. Can anyone tell me if you can achieve multiple ejaculations while taking them? Or do you just stay hard? But from my understanding they will help you achieve and maintain an erection - but they have nothing to do with orgasm. If you normally can cum multiple times you will still be able to - but if you can't you won't from taking the pill.
