maybe a gagging one where someone is tied to a table and has his head over the edge and a big cocked guy come in and uses his throat then watches as others come in and do the same. Put a mask on the guy and all holes are open for use. Anonymous room and right hieght for guys to walk up and insert. Would do it but would wear mask over eyesand head.
