Bus/Train Accessible Adult Bookstores/Theatres

I'll be visiting Chicago soon, staying with friends. I won't have a car!

While I'd love to visit 15th Ave Books, I don't think it's easily accessible by trains/busses.

Tell me what Adult bookstores/theatres/peeps are easily accessible by trains or busses, please!
