Can anyone give a layout description of the place? What are the facilities? How many rooms, any porn, glory holes, etc? Also, is it worth while going during a late morning or early afternoon during week days? What are usually the very best times? Any info would be appreciated.

i can tell you its an incredible waste of time
and if it isnt please someone tell me why not!
its an old flop house as far as i can tell
i would say its gay friendly not in any way shape of form a gay bathouse like mans country or steamworks
it makes manscountry look good
there isnt any action there period.
theres a whirpool or shoud i say fountain ?!lol
the only thing i can say positive the old queen at the desk was very nice
but for any action forget it its probably only worth a place to hook up with someone preplanned
