sauna/steam
 

my old gym in st. louis used to have a separate steam room, sauna, and whirlpool in the men's locker room. All of the gyms i have been to in chicago have a shared men's and women's steam/sauna/whirpool or none at all. i like to sweat naked and be able to walk around after I work out and not have to worry about women around. anyone have any suggestions? i live close to downtown (south loop / uic) i know the bathhouses have this setup but im not into that scene. i just want to relax and not have people gawking.

Lifetime Fitness
 

The Lifetime fitness has them in the men's locker rooms and the steamrooms can get really cruisy - I go to the one in Warrenville.

Try the X-sport fitness in Pipers Alley at North and Wells, the steam there is pretty decent. jerked off there a few times with no distractions

a lot of the bally's have steam rooms.....
