At least it's new to me. Out in Melrose Park, 2521 N. 15th Ave.
Take North Ave to 15th and turn right, follow to the end of the street. It's hidden quite well in an industrial area, parking and entrance are in the rear of the building. The place has several gloryhole booths and a large movie theater adjacent to the arcade. Entry fee to all this is $15 bucks. For that price you can stay all day and play. Very clean place with vending machines and a nice bathroom. Got 2 loads this afternoon
