Mich. Ave Gyms? Good locker rooms?

Discrete fit businessman in Chicago visiting Chicago next week. . I'm looking for gym for a good workout and then some manwatching in the lockerroom. Eye contact, meet a guy and take him back to my hotel or his place.

Which gyms are good in the area? I'm staying on Mich Ave. Can someone fill me on on the locker room setups at Lakeshore Athletic Club, Equinox, Crunch, and Holms Place Gym, or any others?
