Jacobson Park confusion? Help!

Hey guys, what are some tips for picking up guys at Jacobson Park? Went there today around 3 and drove all over the place.. couldn't really tell who was looking for action. Kind of new to this so any tips would be appreciated. I'm also 21 now, unlike my nick suggests.
