There is a young obese guy driving around at the spillway in a beat-up older white Chevy truck; huge dent in the passenger side rear (On the side where the bed is) He is taking license plate numbers and calling the cops. I think his main problem is he's not getting any cock therefore he's gonna stop all fun. He interrupted me last evening and I had a "Near-Miss" with him. As I was leaving a cop pulled into the park...Coincidence? I don't think so... If you see this kid BEWARE
