Louisville motel suggestions?

Headed for Louisville soon and am wondering about cruisy motels in the area. I used to stay at one next to Theater X in Jeffersonville, but I've heard the theater has slowed down and don't know if the motel has. It used to be a great place to host, leave door open, etc.

Anybody know or have an alternative to suggest?

Louisville Manor Motel on Dixie Hwy. in Shively is always a sure thing. Also has its own theater and peeps.
