Boston Federal Court defends gay marriage

The 1st Circuit Federal Appeals Court in Boston, MA has declared the heart of the Defense Of Marriage Act unconstitutional as it bars gay married couples the same rights as heterosexual couples. This will likely be appealed to US Supreme Court. See full story for details.

Maybe gay couples should declare themselves to be corporations - then this Supreme Court will give them unlimited rights!
