I am all for decriminalizing it, etc. Now, we must only hope that the common sense will prevail and that people will do their business under the reasonable expectation of privacy!

Although I am not sure it needs to be legal - or at least practiced "in public" I am very much in favor of the legalization.

I always think of the press Pee Wee Herman and Fred Willard received when they got busted for jacking off in an adult theater. There is NO REASON that should be "illegal" - anyone going in there knows what the theater is for -
