New Forums: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont
 

I've had a request to open up forums for Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This will now be separate from the existing forum, which continues on for Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

If time allows, I'll try to move discussion threads which are clearly for ME, NH, or VT to the appropriate place.
