anybody have any recent reliable info regarding this porn theatre such as cost of admission, hours they are open, set up & arrangement, do real women attend, best times, etc.

I believe that the theater opens at 12:45 pm, and closes at 10 pm. Once in a while some guy will bring his girlfriend, but most female looking types are not genetically female.

The best times depend on your wants and needs.

I went there on a Tuesday. Arrived about 3:30PM. The main theatre showing regular movies is on the corner and tne entrance to the porn theatre is a small door on the side.

There were probably about 30 guys there when I arrived and maybe 60 when I left at about 5:30. Most were middle aged probably from about 28 to 60.

I only saw minimal action - one guy giving head and a couple of guys jacking off. There was some jacking off in the restroom as well. Everyone just seems to be cruising but too afraid to try anything.

There's got to be better in Tijuana. Where is it Mavica? I went to a couple of bars (El Ranchero and El Torino.) Not full of people but not empty.

One guy did cruise me on the street but a little older than I am looking for.
