CANCUN

As of Nov. 2007, the 2 discos in Cancun are Karamba and Picante, the first being the biggest , Picante is rather a dancing bar. Some guys visit both, some guys going to one dislike the other... Karamba being rated as "pretentious", and Picante "cheap"... make ur own opinion. Glow was closed and said to reopen again in the future

There is an internet place with booths on the 2nd floor - it s a meeting place, very cruisy, guys come and go when they are done. Just in front of Karamba

The cruising park Las Palapas is gone- under major construction work

Some cruising on the avenida Tulum, section between the sanborns and coba

And as all of Mexico, the best site to meet guys is Manhunt

Went to Angeluz and Pride, they are both quite far from downtown, 20 min by cab. Should not cost more than 100 Pesos. Back to the city, the taxis there double their fares.

There is a darkroom in Pride. The overall cruising level of both places is very low, the guys go with their group of friends and girlfriends and tend to stick to the group, in general not really willing to make the first move. The night I went to Angeluz, there were many groups of girls coming there for the strip show...not my kind of place...i left for Pride. Angeluz is more trendy than Pride.

There is an internet place with booths on c 61 (between 66 and 68 if i m not mistaken), it s called zumzum. they give u a map of the premises and u choose ur booth... limited privacy...everything goes.. the guys go there for a quickie

some cruising on the plaza mayor, but in my opinion Manhunt is definitely the best bet

PLAYA DEL CARMEN

Went to Play 69 disco on a Thursday night, not many ppl but very cuisy, many of the guys were not shy to flirt, some sucking action in the bathroom.

Wana Bana is a small but nicely decorated bar on 5ta Av (c/ 30 y 32)

The guys I meet said the so called gay beach is quite far and a hit or miss...more often a miss - I did not go

there is a friendly and very talkative hairdresser at the end of c44 (around c29 or 31) - clean place

OVERALL... 2nd trip already to Mx and I will go back again...plenty to visit, great guys, ok to great nightlife...
