My suggestion: leave Minneapolis. It easily wins the award for big city with few to no public sex options. I wrote about it this summer when I was in the Twin Cities doing some research for those Republicans:

The only place I've had the pleasure of going to and having a good time is in Duluth at the Family Sauna. Clean place and on the times I was there plenty to choose from.
