I don't recommend a car. Take a cab or shuttle from the airport to your Hotel and back. Later take a cab to Hanks. When you are done, they will call a cab to return you to your hotel.

While at Hanks you will find some 1 on 1 and group sex as well. I went a couple of times and got screwed each time. Good luck!
