Best Cruise Bar

Athletic, smooth, Asian guy visiting Vegas in a week. What's the best cruise bar in Vegas on a Thursday or Friday night for thirty-somethings? Is there still underwear night at the Eagle? Do guys really meet and hook up at a bar? Is it more a white only town? If anyone has some advice, would appreciate it!
