Disturbing Trend at Local ABS
I visited my favorite local ABS in Waterbury last night, a rare Tuesday night appearance for me. For the second time recently, some guy was walking around booth to booth and all up and down the halls in his birthday suit. It might have been nice if he was in decent shape, but this guy was about 5 feet nothing and way overweight. Now I'm not that tall myself or exactly buff, but neither do I walk around in the altogether accosting random patrons. This is a very disturbing trend...or is it just me? :D

I agree
It is their way to get attention of which they would not otherwise get - be it negative attention - it is attention.
Remember the days when no meant no and they took it as yes. Well now there really is no getting around it - before you could walk away and be very direct - but now what do you do? Walk out of the store...... Store owners although doing us a favor by not regulating - to some extent do themselves a diservice at the same time. |
And I am tired of guys that insist on joining in without being invited - if I wanted a group I'd be clear about that

I think if you are going to play at a bookstore or anywhere else public and then get too worked up about being watched, you need to go home and play... part of playing in public is being seen, or watched.
If someone wants to join in, thats a different subject... |
