Bridgeport YMCA?

Is the cruising any good at the Bridgeport Y? Anyone have any experience there? What are the best times to go ... is noon weekdays any good? I've heard it was pretty good but depends on the time, I want to go when the action is the best. anyone with experience please post some info ...
