I'm considering checking out Bushnell Park in Hartford. Is this place a hotbed of activity and, if so, when and where? Is there anyplace that's good to park your car? Can you do it in the Park itself? Is there any police in the area? What about hustlers and johns? I'd love to read your thoughts.
