visiting Toronto

I'm a bi-curious, single guy who is visiting Toronto and thinking about visting either the Steamroom or Excess.

Can anyone tell me any thing about these places, give me any suggestions, thoughts, etiquette tips? It will be my first time visting a bathhouse or spa, and probably my first time having sex with a man. Anyone care to give me advice?
