The bugi s unbelievably infectious, but really is looking for a skin crack to get into you. Guys, if you are gay and active, you need to get your Hep B shots. Painless, a series of 3 injections over 6 months, and you almost completely eliminate the possibility of a chronic disease that can cause cirrhosis and liver cancer. The latter are extremely rare, almost all hep B clears spontaneously, but do you want to be that 1 in 10,000? Hep A is a fecal/oral bug. You are at major risk the moment that tongue of yours touches that pretty, twitching butt hole. 2 shots, no hepatitis A, ever. Its really rare, but acute Hep A does kill a small number of people, and it is a very ugly experience. Hep C, well, we don't fully understand how that is transmitted, but fecal oral, and tattooing, seem to be the major routes.
