What I found out about the no shows is that some are bi (with wifes) and there are last minutes changes in the plan.

Point well made/taken, Mike. I think another issue is that some guys may be online, putting out their name, then ending up backing out because they jacked off, hence, were't able to bone up for the meet. More often I suspect they weren't serious about the meet from the start. Yes, life happens.
