No creams

The area is just too sensitive for hair removal creams. A steady hand, light touch and light weight razor with a mirror down to floor level makes for a good trim with some dexterity on your part.

You have done all the correct cleaning up. I, for one, prefer a trimmed hole but others might like it natural.
