Chateau de Bangkok is in a good location...close to Lumpini and not so far from Ploenchit BTS. I only know of families who have stayed there, but being a serviced apartment, I don't imagine it's gay...

Hotels in the Silom area that won't allow you to take boys to your room are extremely rare. Any of the ones you mentioned would think it odd if you didn't take a boy to your room.
