What's the average amount of semen does a guy make when he cums? Does it decrease the older he gets? Any way to increase the amount?

About a teaspoon full, little more, a little less, but 5ml is about what a guy puts out, despite what you may see in a porn flick

Most of the fluid comes from your prostate gland. The longer you hold off ejaculating, the greater the amount of fluid. Or, if you are really turned on sexually, you usually get a little extra. But if a guy tells you he can cum buckets, well, he's fibbing.

even if he isn't, I sure am! That is a subject I have been wondering about for quite a while, but never thought to ask in this forum.

I was cut (nuts, not foreskin) quite a few years ago and SEEMED to notice a drop in my semen amount, but did not worry about it. Lately, it seems to be getting less. In a recent conversation the subject of amount came up (no pun intended), and I noted that mine was probably ONLY about a teaspoon. I have masturbated quite heavily (along with an active sex life) for too many years to count, so I attributed it to getting (omigod!) older. I almost succumbed to ads for products that purport to increase the amount. Thank you for the information. It makes me feel better and saved me some money, too!

One thing that will help you as you get (gasp!!) older, is kegels. Your production of ejeculate may drop, but these exercises will keep the orgasm intensity right where it belongs.

Plus, edging is a good way to build a nice cumload. Thinking about sex all day long can sometimes do the trick also.:D

This definitely seems to work for me.

Masturbating rarely seems to provide a "bigger" or even more forceful load of cum for me. Doesn't matter if I simply want to quickly empty my balls so I can sleep, or if I feel like a long session with some videos: the cum remains about the same.
