Semen is actually a mixture of several bodily fluids. The main component is prostatic fluid, which can be expressed from the gland with massage or rolling pressure. A properly placed finger or phallus will cause it to leak out.

The more excited you are sexually, or the longer you have abstained from ejaculating, the greater the volume. Next are your sperm cells, stored in the epididimi of your testes, which mix with fluid from the seminal vescicles, two sac like, glandular structures with sit above the prostate. And last but not least, urethral lubricant from your cowpers glands, which lie in the lower pelvis adjacent to the inner portions of your penis.

Your ejaculation occurs in two phases. Typically, just before your orgasm starts, your balls pull up to your pelvis. (Look at the shape of the guys' scrotums in cum shot pix). This, plus some testicular squeezing forces your wigglers out of their beds and up into your pelvis. The seminal vescicles then squeeze down forcing fluid into the prostate. And the prostate itself sqeezes itself into a ball, forcing its contents into the upper urethra. All of this, by the way feels very, very good.
